- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This past week I started spending large sums of money at places I don't usually do business with, and my bank contacted me to verify if the transactions were in fact done by me or someone I authorized to use my card. This has never happened before with me at my previous bank, as I was constantly charged ridiculously high fees and treated poorly by inept customer service representatives at Chase Bank.
